ORDER:

 

                   The file take up today on the application moved by complainant. The Learned counsel for OP no.1 made statement that OPs are ready to repair the mobile set of the complainant free of costs subject to deposit the same at the service center Karnal within 10 days from today.

                   Thereafter, learned counsel for the complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement of the learned counsel for the OP no.1, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties recorded separately.

                   In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
