The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The opposite parties are also absent and have no representation from their side. The service of notice to the opposite party no 2 is not completed for want of the correct address. Hence, the commission issued a notice to the complainant on 13.12.2022 to furnish the correct address of the opposite party no 2.  The notice sent to the complainant is seen served as per the proof of the delivery of the Postal Department.  The complainant failed to appear before the commission even today. The correct address of the opposite party no 2 not furnished so far. The complainant is continuously absent since 13-03-20. There is no scope in proceeding with the complaint. The complainant is not interested to proceed further.

Hence the complaint is dismissed as the default of the complainant.
