ORDER

     File taken up in the Lok Adalat. Counsel for OP No.1 has handed over new mobile handset of Redmi Note Prime bearing IMEI No.860849032057647 & 860849032057654 to the complainant today and stated that the said mobile handset shall carry warranty of one year from 24.03.2017. Complainant has no objection to the same and she has received the said new mobile handset from counsel for OP No.1 and hence she withdraws this complaint as satisfied. Their statements to that effect have been recorded separately, in view of which this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied. The parties shall be bound by statements made before the Lok Adalat today and the same shall form a part of this order. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
