     Sh.Vipul Sharma, Advocate, has filed memo of appearance on behalf of OP No.1. Case taken up today before the Lok Adalat and the complainant & OP No.1 have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Vipul Sharma, Counsel for OP No.1 has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Navneet Lunayach, Complainant in person, has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint is ordered to be disposed of as settled between the parties. The parties shall be bound by statements made before the Lok Adalat today and the same shall form a part of this order.
