1. The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawn of the present complaint by submitting that he does not want to pursue with present complaint and he be permitted to file a fresh. His statement has been recorded separately.

2. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the original documents of the complainant be returned on deposit of photostat copies thereof. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
