          File taken up the National Lok Adalat. Sh.Munish Kohli, Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.3 suffered statement that opposite party No.3 is ready to repair the mobile handset in dispute of the complainant to the satisfaction of the complainant free of costs within 30 days from today. In view of the above statement, Sh.Jodha Ram, complainant suffered statement that he accepts the offer made by the counsel for the opposite party No.3 and withdraws the present complaint. Consequently, instant complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Opposite party No.3 shall remain bound by the statement suffered by their counsel. Copy of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
