ORDER

                    Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of OP-3. Sh. Mayank Aggarwal, counsel for the OP -3 has appended a note on the zimini order dated 17.11.2016 that OP-3 offer to replace the old handset with new handset (make MI4i 16  GB, or Redmi note 3 16 GB,) within 30 days from today, in full  and final settlement of the claim and he has received the old handset alongwith the accessories.

                   Sh. Nikhil Sehgal, complainant has appended a note on the zimini order dated 17.11.2016 that he accepts the offer and withdraws the complainant.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP-3 shall replace the old handset with new handset (make MI4i 16  GB, or Redmi note 3 16 GB,) within 30 days from today i.e.30.11.2016, failing which the OP-3 shall pay the invoice value alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
