ORDER

                   Sh. Vipul Sharma, counsel for the OP-4 has appended the following note on the zimini order dated 24.01.2017:-

                   “OP No.4 offers Note 3 (32 GB) (Mobile) along with Power Bank within 30 days from today to the complainant in full and final settlement of the dispute. I have received the old mobile set”.

                   Sh. H.S. Saini, counsel for the complainant has appended the following note on the zimini order dated 24.01.2017:-

                   “I accept the above said offer and withdraw this present complaint”.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by the statements made before this Forum.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
