                        In view of separate joint statement of Shri Rizwan Ahmed complainant and Shri Ambilosh Chaturvedi advocate for the opposite party no.3 of even date the opposite party no.3 is directed to replace old mobile handset of the complainant with a new mobile handset of same make and upgraded model and deliver one mini bluetooth speaker of the same company within 30 days from today on return of old mobile handset by the complainant to the opposite party no.3.

            In default of payment in time the opposite party no.3 shall be liable to pay interest @9% per annum on cost of the mobile from today till compliance of the order. Copy of order be given Dasti and file be consigned to record room.
