Learned counsel of complainant/DH has made a statement that he has received a cheque bearing no. 238405 dated 14/08/2015 of Rs. 60,640/- on behalf of complainant in compliance of order of this forum under execution. Now nothing is due against the opposite parties and he do not want to pursue the present execution application further and same be treated as withdrawn. In view of statement counsel of complainant present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
