                   Written statement filed by respondent No.1.  Copy supplied to the opposite counsel.

                In view of even dated separate statement of the complainants and their counsel, the complaint wants to withdraw the present, due to technical defect with permission to file a fresh one. Keeping view the application dated 19.8.2021 filed by the respondent No.2, it is clear there is some technical fault in the complaint. Hence, in view of the statement of the complainants, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs and the complainants are permitted to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action against the proper party. File be consigned to the records.
