                    The counsel for complainant has made a statement that a compromise has taken place between the complainant and the OPs and hence, he does not want to pursue the present case further and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. His statement in this regard has been recorded separately.

                     Hence, in view of above statement of counsel of complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised.

                        Certified copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs.

                        File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
