ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. On attempt, the matter has been settled between the parties for a total amount of Rs.3,33,000/-, out of which bank draft for an amount of Rs.2,68,000/- has been handed over to Sh.Vijesh Bahadur, Complainant No.1 today and as stated by counsel for OPs, the remaining amount of Rs.65,000/- will be paid to the complainants within 30 days from today. Sh.Vijesh Bahadur,Complainant No.1 has agreed to the same. Now we direct the OPs to make the remaining amount of Rs.65,000/- to the complainants within 30 days from today, failing which the OPs shall pay extra Rs.20,000/- to the complainants and the complainants shall also be at liberty to file an execution. This complaint is disposed of accordingly.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
