Counsel for the JD has submitted a Cheque bearing No.640528 dated 9.5.2016 for Rs.1,07,900/- drawn on ICICI Bank in favour of Gagandeep Kaur, DH along with Calculation Sheet, which has been received by Learned Counsel for the DH. Statements of both the parties in this regard has been recorded separately. Counsel for the DH got recorded his statement that his execution application may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
