Counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2 has got recorded his separate statement to the effect that compromise has been effected between the parties, for a sum of Rs.55,000/-. Accordingly two Cheques bearing No.468588 dated 18.03.2025 and Cheque No.468590 dated 18.04.2025, for Rs.27,500/- each drawn on Axis Bank Ltd., Mohali, are offered.

Counsel for the complainant, on behalf of the complainant, has got recorded vide separate statement, subject to the encashment of the above said cheques has withdrawn the present complaint being compromised.

In view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsels for the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. However, the parties shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room.
