ORDER

     Written arguments on behalf of Complainant filed. Heard. At this stage, the parties have compromised the matter. The OPs has issued two account payee Cheques of the denomination of Rs.3,10,000/- each (total Rs.6,20,000/-) in the name of Complainant (Aishwarya Kaushik) of the AXIS Bank. Statement of Ld. Counsel for the Complainant recorded.

     In view of the same, this Consumer Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. In case the Cheques are bounced/dishonoured, then the Complainant is left at liberty to get this order executed and in that eventuality, the OPs has to pay the penalty of Rs.20,000/- to the Complainant in addition to the amount of Cheques. Photocopies of the Cheques placed on record.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
