Counsel for the complainant has filed an application for withdrawal of the complaint as the matter has been settled between the complainant and OP for an amount of Rs. 70,000/- paid by the OP to the complainant as full and final settlement by way of advance cheques.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.
