ORDER

     Parties have settled the dispute. A cheque of Rs.105000/- has been handed over to the counsel for complainant by the OP. Counsel for complainant has made an endorsement on the complaint itself. In view of the said endorsement, this complaint is dismissed as fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
