ORDER

The parties have amicably settled the matter.  Counsel for OP states at bar that the OP is ready to pay Rs.95,000/-  to the complainant within 45 days.  The offer of the OP is acceptable to the counsel for the complainant.  The Sr. Executive Legal of the OP has appended a note on  complaint regarding the settlement. As such the counsel for the complainant has also appended a note on the complaint itself that he withdraws the complaint in view of offer of the OP.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP shall pay a sum of 95,000/-to the complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order failing which the OP shall refund the full amount paid by the complaint to it  alongwith additional penalty of Rs.25,000/-. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
