ORDER

The parties have amicably settled the matter. As per settlement the  agent of the OPs has handed over a cheque of Rs.4,50,000/- to the counsel for the complainant, which has been duly received by him. Copy retained on file.   The counsel for the complainant wants to withdraw the  complaint subject to realization of the cheque. In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  However, in case  the cheque is not honoured then the complainant would be at liberty to avail the remedy available to him under the provision of law.

                        Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
