ORDER

 Counsel for the OP states that the OP shall pay Rs.82,000/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement of the complaint.  He has appended a note in this regard on the complaint itself.  Counsel for the  complainant states the he accepts the offer of the OP and he withdraws the complaint. In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint itself.

                   In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  Both the parties shall remain bound by their statements.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
