Today, Statement of Mr.Manohar Lal, Auth.Rep. on behalf of the Complainant namely Manish Kumar recorded that the compromise has been effected between the parties for Rs.50,000/-. He has already received two Cheques bearing No.455387 dated 20.04.2024 for Rs.25,000/- and Cheque bearing No. 455388 dated 20.05.2024 for Rs.25,000/-, drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. Mohali, in favour of Manish Kumar, subject to realisation of above said Cheques. He withdraws the present complaint. He reserve his right to file execution application, in case of bouncing of the above said Cheques.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by the authorised representative for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. If the above said Cheques bounces, the complainant shall have right to file fresh execution application. File be consigned to the record room.
