Statement of Sh.Jaswinder Singh, Adv. Counsel for OPs No.1 to 4 recorded that the compromise has been effected between the Complainant and the OPs for Rs.1,55,000/-. In view of the compromise, today he has brought three Cheques bearing No.444125 dated 21.8.2023 for Rs.50,000/- and Cheque bearing No.444126 dated 21.9.2023 for Rs.50,000/- and Cheque bearing No.444127 dated 21.10.2023 for Rs.55,000/-, all Cheques drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. Mohali, in favour of Jyoti Goindi, Complainant.

Further Statement of Complainant, Smt.Jyoti Goindi along with his Counsel Sh.Rajesh Verma, Advocate also recorded that she received the above said three Cheques in favour of herself. In view of the above compromise, the award may kindly be passed accordingly.

In view of the statements suffered by the Complainant along with his Counsel and also Counsel for OPs No.1 & 2 and the fact that the good sence has prevailed upon the parties and they have settled the matter amicably. The Counsel for the OPs has given three Cheque for Rs.1,55,000/- in favour of Complainant. The Complainant alongwith his Counsel has received the above said Cheques for a sum of Rs.1,55,000/-.

Accordingly, Award is passed and in case the Cheques are not honoured, the complainant can get the same in execution as per law. Accordingly the present complaint is disposed of. File be consigned to the record room.
