     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. E-mail for withdrawal of the complaint received from Sh.Deepak Rana, Counsel for Complainant stating that the matter has been settled between the parties as the complainant has received three post dated cheques from the OP. Alongwith e-mail, copy of receipt dated 21.02.2022 also received showing the settlement between the parties. In view of above, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
