ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. The matter has been settled between the parties. Counsel for complainant has received three post dated cheques for a total amount of Rs.2,10,000/- towards full and final payment from the OP. Counsel for complainant has stated that as per instructions of the complainant, he withdraws the present consumer complaint subject to realization of cheques. E-mail to this effect alongwith photocopy of cheques already received. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled, subject to realization of cheques.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
