     Sh.Amit Kumar, Senior Legal Executive for OP has handed over a post dated cheque bearing No.112524 dated 16.06.2019 for Rs.67,000/- in favour of complainant to Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for Complainant, who received this cheque and recorded his statement on the front page of the complaint itself withdrawing the instant consumer complaint subject to realization of cheque. Consequently, present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Photocopy of cheque alongwith receipt placed on record.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
