ORDER

     The parties have compromised the matter. As per settlement, the OP has handed over three post dated cheques, i.e. cheque No.399125 dated 24.12.2021 for Rs.60,000/-; cheque No.399126 dated 24.01.2022 for Rs.60,000/- and cheque No.399127 dated 24.02.2022 for Rs.65,000/- to the counsel for complainants towards full and final refund. Counsel for complainants has stated that he has received the three cheques and he withdraws the present consumer complaint subject to realization of the cheques. Photocopies of cheques in the name of complainant No.1 and receipt given by counsel for complainants have been received from the OP through e-mail. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled, subject to realization of the cheques.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
