ORDER

     Complainant in person has appeared and as his identity proof, he has submitted photocopy of his Driving Licence. Complainant wants to make statement. Recorded separately and placed on the file. In view of the statement made by the complainant, which shall form a part of this order, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of two cheques received today by complainant from OP, photocopies of which have been placed on the file.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
