ORDER

     Sh.Amit Kumar, Senior Legal Executive for OPs stated that the matter has been settled and complainant has received full & final amount. Photocopies of cheque and receipt showing complainant received full & final amount of Rs.1,95,000/- produced and placed on file. Sh.Randeep Singh, Counsel for Complainant has turned up and made an endorsement on the front page of the complaint itself withdrawing the instant complaint as the matter has been settled and amount has been paid. In view of the endorsement made by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
