File has been taken up today in the National Lok Adalat.

Statement of Sh.Atul Mehta, Adv. Counsel for the Complainant recorded that Cheque bearing No.000082 dated 28.3.2022 amount of Rs.94,400/- drawn on Bandhan Bank & Cheque bearing No.425537 dated 19.7.2022 for Rs.30,000/-, both above said Cheques have got been encashed. Accordingly, the total amount of Rs.1,24,400/- has already been received in the Bank Account of the complainant. Now nothing remain due towards the OPs. As such, the matter has already been compromised, so the complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by Ld.Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
