Today Statement of Sh.Varun Mittal, Complainant No.2 along with Counsel Sh.J.L.Naagar, Advocate recorded that in pursuance  of his previous statement dated 12.04.2021, the crossed Cheque No.392087 dated 06.04.2021 for Rs.70,000/- (Rupees seventy thousand) and another crossed Cheque No.392088 dated 15.04.2021 for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) have been encashed and the amount has been credited to his Bank account. Now nothing is due and outstanding towards the Opposite Parties. Now full and final amount settlement in compromise have been received, so he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of the Statement suffered by Sh.Varun Mittal, Complainant No.2 along with his Counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
