Jasvir Kaur Versus WWICS Global Law Office Pvt. Ltd. & ors

 

Present:- Smt.Jasvir Kaur, Complainant along with Counsel Sh.Kamaldeep Malhotra, Advocate.

Sh.Jasvir Singh, Advocate Counsel for the OPs No.1 to 3.

 

Today Statement of Smt.Jasvir Kaur, Complainant in person recorded that in this present case, the full and final settlement has been arrived me and the Opposite Parties, for Rs.1,13,280/- (Rupees One Lac Thirteen Thousands Two Hundred Eighty only). As per full and final settlement, one Cheque bearing No.000037 dated 22.01.2022 for Rs.1,13,280/- drawn on Bandan Bank, Sector-35, Chandigarh, issued by the Opposite Parties in her favour and today she has received the above said cheque. Now after encashment of the above said Cheque, nothing is remained due towards the OPs. So she does not want to pursue with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by the Complainant in person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
