Present:     Shri Jayant Rana, complainant in person.

Shri Sant Bakshi, Clerk of Shri Manish Kumar, counsel for OPs.

 

                   Today the case was fixed for compromise, if any, and for filing written version on behalf of OPs. Shri Sant Bakshi, clerk of Shri Manish Kumar, counsel for OPs, made a statement that he has placed on record original cheque bearing No.118967 dated 31.1.2020, amounting to ₹1,35,000/- being settlement amount.

                   On the other hand, complainant has made a statement to the effect that he has received original cheque bearing No.118967 dated 31.1.2020, amounting to ₹1,35,000/- today from this Forum being settlement amount. With regard to the present matter, no other cases/complaints are pending in any court of law. He further stated that he withdraws the present complaint, subject to encashment of aforesaid cheque. 

                In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
