ORDER

     Sh.Amit Kumar, Senior Legal Executive for OPs has handed over a demand draft of the denomination of Rs.15,000/- bearing draft No.002208 dated 19.11.2018 to the complainant, who received the draft and recorded his statement separately withdrawing the present consumer complaint having been compromised. Photocopy of draft taken on record. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
