ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. The representative of OPs has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, two post dated cheques of Rs.35,000/- each has been given to the complainant. Certain documents regarding settlement i.e. copies of no dues certificate, consent letter, receipt, withdrawal of statement/complaint, affidavit and copies of cheques already received from the OPs through e-mail. Counsel for complainant not present despite intimation having been sent telephonically. Non appearance of the complainant and documents received from the OPs suggest that complainant is not interested to proceed with the present complaint as she has settled the matter. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is disposed of being settled. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
