File taken up today, i.e. on 13.5.2023 in the National Lok Adalat. Statement of Sh.Baljinder, Complainant in person has already been recorded on 24.4.2023 that the matter has been compromised between the parties for a sum of Rs.88,500/-. As per the compromise, the OPs has given Cheque bearing No.427249 dated 23.5.2023 and Cheque bearing No.427250 dated 23.6.2023, both cheques amounting of Rs.44,250/- drawn on Axis Bank, Mohali. Today, he has received the above said two Cheques from the Counsel for OPs. He withdraw the present complaint, subject to the clearance of the above said cheques. In case, the above said cheques got dis-honoured. He shall be entitled to receive full amount prayed in the complainant along with interest.

Further, Sh.Jaswinder Singh, Adv. Counsel for OPs also admit the statement of Complainant in Person.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by the Complainant in person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. However, the parties shall remain bound by their statement. File be consigned to the record room.
