In view of the statements, the complaint is disposed off as settled. The statements made by the parties shall be deemed to be a part of this award and the parties shall be bound by the same. The award is accordingly passed.      Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.

Statement of Sh.Raman Walia, Counsel for OP.

 

 

On instructions of OP, stated that the matter has been settled between the parties with the term that OP shall pay lump sum amount of Rs.75,17,000/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement, out of which first installment of Rs.35,00,000/- will be paid on or before 07.03.2023 and second installment of Rs.40,17,000/- will be paid on or before 07.05.2023. The aforesaid amount shall be paid in the form of draft or transferred in the bank account of the complainant. It is also made clear that in case of any default in payment, the defaulted amount shall be paid alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of filing of the present consumer complaint.
