File taken up again. Today, Statement of Miss Ekta Malhotra, Complainant in Person along with Counsel Sh.Atul Mehta, Advocate recorded that in this present case, the full and final settlement has been arrived between her and the Opposite Parties No.1 & 2, for Rs.80,000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousands only). As per full and final settlement, one Cheque bearing No.415965 dated 2.5.2022 for Rs.80,000/- drawn on Axis Bank, issued by the Opposite Parties in her favour and today she has received the above said cheque. Now after encashment of the above said Cheque, nothing is remained due towards the OPs. So she does not want to pursue with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied.
So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by the Complainant in Person, along with Counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
