Today, Statement of Sh.Atul Mehta, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant recorded that Demand Draft bearing No.000599 dated 25.8.2022 for Rs.94,990/- drawn on Bandhan Bank in favour of Complainant, Dilpreet Kaur, which was issued by OP No.3, i.e. Dream Care Management, the same has already been encashed in the Bank acount of the Complainant. Now nothing remained due towards the OPs. So the Complainant does not want to procceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.
So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
