Mrs.Neeru Bala, complainant has suffered statement that compromise has been effected between the parties and in view of the compromise, she has received today in this Commission two post dated cheques bearing No.425283 dated 17.6.2022 for Rs.62500/- and 425284 dated 17.8.2022 for  Rs.62500/- both drawn on AXIS Bank Ltd., Mohali towards settlement of my claim. As such, she withdraws the present complaint. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
