ORDER

     This consumer complaint taken up today as per application dated 30.09.2019 moved by complainant. Complainant wants to make statement. Recorded separately and placed on file. As per statement of complainant as well as her application dated 30.09.2019, which is attached with the present consumer complaint, the matter has been settled between the parties for an amount of Rs.2,40,000/- and complainant has received two post dated cheques dated 16.11.2019 and 16.12.2019 in the sum of Rs.1,20,000/- each, totaling Rs.2,40,000/-, in her favour from OPs. Photocopy of cheques retained on record. Complainant has prayed that the present consumer complaint may be disposed off having been settled. Counsel for OPs has made endorsement on the statement that he has gone through the statement of complainant and will be bound by the same. In view of the application as well as statement made by complainant, the present consumer complaint is disposed off being settled. Statement of the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
