Worldwide Immigration Consultancy Services (WWICS) Ltd. and its Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), SCO 2415-16, Sector 22-C, Chandigarh-160022.

Present:           Sh.Balbir Singh Sandhu, Father/Authorized Representative of Complainant.

                        ORDER

 

1.                     Case taken up in the Lok Adalat and Sh.Balbir Singh Sandhu, Father/Authorized Representative of complainant has appeared & made statement, which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Balbir Singh Sandhu s/o Sh.Jarnail Singh Sandhu, Father/Authorized Representative of Complainant.

 

I have received cheque No.293560, dated 4.3.2011 amounting to Rs.67,825/- drawn on SBI, Sec.7, M.Marg, Chandigarh, in the name of complainant issued by the Secretary, SCDRC, UT Chandigarh. The said payment is towards the decretal amount with interest as per the order dated 3.2.2009 passed by this Forum in CC No.900 of 2008. Hence, I withdraw the present execution application as satisfied”

 

2.                     In view of the statement given by the father/authorized representative of complainant, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
