ORDER

                    Sh. Jaswinder Singh, complainant has received a cheque of Rs.3,80,000/- from Sh. Amit Kumar, Authorized Agent for the OPs and appended a note on the first page of the complaint that he withdraws this complaint, subject to realization of the Cheque being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the Cheque.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
