ORDER

With the efforts of this Forum the matter has been amicably settled between the parties in the Lok Adalat. As per settlement the Ops are ready to pay Rs.6,25,000/- to the complainant out of which the Ops has already paid Rs.4.75,000/- to the complainant. Now the Ops shall pay remaining amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to the complainant.  The counsel for the complainant has accepted the offer of the OPs and wants to withdraw the complaint.

                   Both the parties have appended their respective note in respect of compromise on the complaint itself.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, failing which the OPs shall  be liable to pay additional amount of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant. Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                    Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
