ORDER

                    The matter has been compromised between the parties. Sh. Amit Kumar, Senior Legal Executive/Authorized Agent for OPs has appended the following note on the zimini order dated 21.02.2017:-

                   “OPs offer to pay an amount of Rs.50,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from today in full and final settlement of the dispute”.

                   Sh. Amit Aggarwal, counsel for the complainant has appended the following note on the zimini order dated 21.02.2017:-

                   “I accept the offer and withdraw the complaint”.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from today i.e.22.03.2017, failing which the OPs shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made and Rs.10,000/-. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly. Parties shall remain bound by their statements.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
