ORDER

At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled between the parties. It is admitted on record that an amount of Rs.1,10,000/- already stood paid to the appellant/complainant. It is stated by Counsel for the respondent that the respondent will pay an additional amount of Rs.50,000/- to the appellant/complainant to finally settle the dispute. We also feel that the offer made is reasonable, which will settle the full grievance raised by the appellant/complainant.

                   In view of above, this appeal stands disposed of, in terms as referred to above.

                   Counsel for the respondent is directed to pay the said amount of Rs.50,000/- to the Counsel for the appellant through demand draft within four weeks from today, failing which, the amount granted shall start getting interest @9% p.a. till the time of making the payment.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
