ORDER
The parties have compromised the matter in sum of Rs.1,75,000/-. Sh.Amit Kumar, Senior Legal Executive for OPs has handed over a cheque for an amount of Rs.1,75,000/- in favour of complainant to Sh.Sanjay Sauhta, Authorized Agent of Complainant towards full and final settlement in this case. Statement of both the parties recorded and placed on file. Photocopy of cheque retained on record. In view of the statement made on behalf of complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Statement of the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and parties shall be bound by their statement. It is made clear that in the event of any default including dishonouring of cheque, the complainant shall be at liberty to get the due amount realized by filing an execution application.       Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.

Statement of Sh.Amit Kumar s/o Sh.Vinod Kumar, aged about 35 years, Senior Legal Executive for OPs.

 

 

Stated that parties have compromised the matter and the OPs have agreed to pay Rs.1,75,000/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement in this case. A cheque for an amount of Rs.1,75,000/- bearing No.093561 dated 14.12.2018 in favour of complainant ‘Sujata’ drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. has been handed over today to Sh.Sanjay Sauhta, Authorized Agent of Complainant.

I have read and heard the statement of Sh.Amit Kumar, Senior Legal Executive for OPs aforesaid. The said compromise is acceptable to me. I have received a cheque for an amount of Rs.1,75,000/- bearing No.093561 dated 14.12.2018 in favour of complainant ‘Sujata’ drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. from Sh.Amit Kumar, Senior Legal Executive for OPs. Hence, I do not press this consumer complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised, subject to realization of aforesaid cheque.
