In view of the order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission  dated 6.12.2021, this consumer complaint has been transferred to the District Consumer Commission, Tarn Taran. Ahlmed is directed to send the other sets of the complaint to the District Consumer Commission, Tarn Taran before the date fixed. Both the parties are directed to appear before the District Consumer Commission, Tarn Taran on 18.1.2022. Notice to the parties through their counsels be also sent. Papers be consigned to the record room.
