ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. Counsel for OP has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties for a total sum of Rs.75,000/- and the said amount has been paid to the complainant. E-mail has been received from the complainant that the OP has settled the dispute and he wants to withdraw his present case. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
