The authorized agent of the Ops has handed over a cheque of Rs.26800/- to the counsel for the complainant towards full and final settlement of the case, which has been duly received by him.  Copy thereof retained on file.  In this view of the matter, the counsel for the complainant wants to withdraw the complaint and in this regard he has appended a note on the complaint itself.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
